SITE WORK WOULD <br />OCCUR IN TWO PHASES <br />SITE WORK FOR PROPOSED VEHICLE STORAGE & TRAINING FACILITY <br />PERMIT CONDITIONS: <br />1. All inspections shall be scheduled online at https://onIinepermits.everettwa.gov. Available inspection dates are shown in the dropdown <br />menu. <br />2. All work shall be performed in accordance with the permit and current City of Everett 'Design and Construction Standards and Specifications <br />for Development'. <br />3. Call Location Underground Service 48 hours before you dig. The day you call does not count. TOLL FREE NUMBER 811. <br />4. Site Civil Work to be done per plans, SWPPP, and drainage report approved by the City of Everett Public Works Department dated <br />09/22/2022. Approved plans must remain on job -site at all times. <br />5. Inspections are required for all stages of construction. Visit the City's Online Permitting Portal at pw.everettwa.gov to formally request all <br />required inspections. A handout is provided at permit issuance with instructions on how to request an inspection online. <br />6. Any damage to City improvements (sidewalk, curb, roadway, etc.) shall be replaced per City Standards and/or as directed by the City PW <br />Inspector. <br />7. City of Everett Water Department crews shall make all connections to City water main at owner/contractor's expense. This work to be <br />under a separate Utility Permit to be purchased at the Permit Services Counter per a cost estimate by the Water Department. Work shall be <br />scheduled 3-4 weeks in advance. <br />8. As-builts of storm, sanitary sewer, and water systems will be required to be submitted to the PW Inspector per City Design and <br />Construction Standards and Specifications for Development prior to final approval/close out of the permit. <br />9. On -site water main will be staked within an easement to the City. The easement documentation will be submitted to the City prior to <br />issuance of permits and must be recorded by the project team with a copy of the recorded document submitted to the City prior to final <br />approval/close out of the permit. <br />10. A 1-year Warranty Bond in the amount of 10% of the construction costs for all public improvements shall be submitted to the City prior <br />to final approval/close out of the permit. <br />11. A 2-year Warranty Bond in the amount of 10% of the construction costs for all Stormwater Infrastructure shall be submitted to the City <br />prior to final approval/close out of the permit. <br />12. Landscaping must be provided as required by the landscape modification decision, REVI 22-100 <br />13. A Landscape Inspection is required by the Planning Department prior to final by the Public Works Inspector. To schedule a planning <br />inspection, contact Planning@everettwa.gov and request an inspection with the permit number, site address, and inspection type listed. <br />Please allow up to one week for the inspection to be scheduled. <br />14. Prior to any interruption to the public right-of-way (roadways, parking lanes, or sidewalks) a Traffic Street Use permit shall be obtained <br />from the City's Traffic Engineering Division. This permit can be applied for online at pw.everettwa.gov and requires a traffic control plan to <br />be submitted for the area of requested closure. Please allow 1-2 weeks for TSU permit issuance from the date of application. <br />15. This permit must be finaled in order to close out this permit/grant a Certificate of Occupancy.
