• <br /> "11 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2448-00 <br /> AN ORDINANCE closing the special construction fund entitled"1988 Block Grant Neighborhood <br /> Improvement Fund",Fund 320 as established by Ordinance No. 1519-88. <br /> WHEREAS,the"1988 Block Grant Neighborhood Improvement"fund,Fund 320 was established to <br /> provide for said purpose to make improvements in the Port Gardner and Riverside neighborhoods and, <br /> WHEREAS,the purpose of the fund has been accomplished and, <br /> WHEREAS,there are neither outstanding obligations of the fund to be paid nor uncollected revenues to be <br /> received: <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,THE EVERETT CITY COUNCIL DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: <br /> That the special construction fund,Fund No. 320, "1988 Block Grant Neighborhood Improvement Fund" be <br /> closed. <br /> Section 2: <br /> That the final expenses and revenues for"1988 Block Grant Neighborhood Improvement Fund",Fund 320, <br /> are as follows: <br /> EXPENSES <br /> Total Construction Costs $51,445 <br /> REVENUES <br /> Community Development Block Grant Funds $51,445 <br />
