It is the <br /> owner/applicant's responsibility to contact the appropriate authority and comply with these requirements whether or not described herein. <br /> 6.Erosion and sedimentation control measures per City standards shall be taken prior to and throughout the demolition. <br /> 7.No site work,clearing,grading,excavating,or earthwork permitted except to restore building pad after demolition.Building pad area shall be graveled or <br /> re-vegetated.No exposed soils permitted. <br /> 8. No dirt/debris to be tracked onto roadway. <br /> 9.
