ORDINANCE NO <br /> 2460-00 <br /> "10:".17 <br /> AN ORDINANCE amending the Zoning Map of the City of Everett <br /> as provided by Ordinance No. 1671-89 as amended <br /> (Title 19, EMC) to encompass an area north of 100th Street SE, <br /> and west of 27th Avenue. <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds that on May 2, 2000, the Planning Commission <br /> held a public hearing regarding establishment of the zoning designations for the <br /> herein described land area annexed to the city; and <br /> WHEREAS, after the public hearing the Planning Commission made the <br /> recommendation that the annexation area should be zoned R-S (Single Family <br /> Detached). <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: Zoning <br /> That the City Council accepts the Planning Commission recommendation that the <br /> R-S zone for the annexation meets the purpose of the Comprehensive Plan as <br /> affirmed by Ordinance No. 2161-96 <br /> Section 2: Legal Description <br /> That the Zoning Map of that portion of the City of Everett, described below, is hereby <br /> amended for the above described zone by zoning the annexed area R-S, as <br /> established by Section 4 of Ordinance No. 1671-89, as amended (Title 19, Everett <br /> Municipal Code). <br /> 1 <br />
