4 <br /> 40, ,x'' <br /> vliii/iwi <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2473-00 <br /> AN ORDINANCE creating a special improvement project <br /> entitled "52nd Street S.E., Colby Avenue to Claremont Way", <br /> Fund 303, Program 044, to accumulate all costs for the <br /> improvement project. <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Everett is committed to a planned street and road improvement <br /> program; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Everett has identified the need and received a State grant for <br /> improvements to 52nd Street S.E. between Colby Avenue and Claremont Way; and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: <br /> A special improvement project is hereby established as Fund 303, Program 044, <br /> entitled "52nd Street S.E., Colby Avenue to Claremont Way", to accumulate all costs <br /> for the improvement project. <br /> Section 2: <br /> Authorization is hereby given to accumulate costs and distribute payments from Fund <br /> 303, Program 044, for the improvement project. <br /> Section 3: <br /> Authorization is hereby granted for the "Engineering/Public Services Director," under <br /> direction of the Mayor, to assume full and complete responsibility for conducting all <br /> tasks and doing all things to accomplish the actions authorized in this ordinance. <br /> Section 4: <br /> The sum of $ 430,500.00 is hereby appropriated to Fund 303, Program 044, "52nd <br /> Street S.E., Colby Avenue to Claremont Way", as follows: <br /> A. Estimated Project Costs <br /> Preliminary Engineering $ 46,100 <br /> Construction $ 384,400 <br /> Total Estimated Cost $ 430,500 <br />
