All inspections shall be scheduled online at https://onlinepermits.everettwa.gov.Available inspection dates are shown in the <br /> dropdown menu. <br /> 2. All work shall be performed in accordance with the permit and current City of Everett'Design and Construction Standards and <br /> Specifications for Development'. <br /> 3. Call Location Underground Service 48 hours before you dig.The day you call does not count.TOLL FREE NUMBER 811. <br /> 4. The guard shall be not greater than 6 feet in height within the abutting right-of-way. <br /> 5. Protect all existing underground utilities during construction. Guard posts shall be at least 2ft away from any underground utility. <br /> 6. Any damage to City improvements(alley, roadway,etc.)shall be replaced per City Standards and/or as directed by the City PW <br /> Inspector. <br /> 7. Inspections are required for all stages of construction.Visit the City's Online Permitting Portal at onlinepermits.everettwa.gov to <br /> formally request all required inspections. <br /> 8. Guard constructed within the public right-of-way must be removed or relocated at the owner's expense if the City requires use of the <br /> right-of-way for municipal purposes. <br /> 9. A gap of no greater than four(4) inches shall be permitted between the ends of the fence run and existing fence/guard/walls which <br /> currently restrict reasonable access to the public. <br /> 10. If guard is removed,damaged, or otherwise made ineffective in restricting the public's reasonable access to adjacent wall,the owner <br /> shall be responsible for immediately repairing or providing an alternative pedestrian guard consistent with City of Everett'Design and <br /> Construction Standards and Specifications' section 3-15.3. <br /> 11. Concrete post bases shall be installed per the details included in the approved plan set. If desired,the applicant may submit <br /> alternative post base designs for consideration which must meet or exceed the permitted designs. <br /> 12. Keep City right-of-way improvements clean at all times. No dirt, mud, rocks, or debris to be tracked onto roadway. <br /> 13. The public alleyway shall be kept accessible to vehicles, pedestrians, and bicyclists unless approved by the City. Interruption to the <br /> accessibility of the public right-of-way shall require a Traffic Street Use(TSU) permit obtained from the City's Traffic Engineering <br /> Division.This permit can be applied for online at onlinepermits.everettwa.gov and requires a traffic control plan to be submitted for <br /> the area of requested closure.Allow 2 weeks for TSU permit issuance from the date of complete application. <br /> 14. A minimum pavement width of 20 feet of pavement shall be maintained between the guard face and the boundary created by the <br /> westernmost face of adjacent utility poles. See approved plans for details. <br /> 15. Gate(s)shall not open towards the alleyway. Gate(s)shall remain locked except if enclosed area is actively in use by the owner <br /> and/or their representative. <br /> 16. All loose and/or dislodged concrete masonry units on site shall be removed prior to final inspection. <br /> 17. This permit must be finaled to close out this permit.
