litirai <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2481-00 <br /> AN ORDINANCE creating a special improvement project entitled <br /> "Evergreen Way — 41St Street to 47th Street", Fund 303, Program 046, <br /> to accumulate all costs for the improvement project. <br /> WHEREAS,the City of Everett is committed to a planned street and road improvement program; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Everett has identified the need and received a State grant for <br /> improvements to Evergreen Way from 41st Street to 47th Street; and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: <br /> A special improvement project is hereby established as Fund 303, Program 046, entitled <br /> "Evergreen Way—41St Street to 47th Street", to accumulate all costs for the improvement project. <br /> Section 2: <br /> Authorization is hereby given to accumulate costs and distribute payments from Fund 303, <br /> Program 046, for the improvement project. <br /> Section 3: <br /> Authorization is hereby granted for the "Engineering/Public Services Director," under direction <br /> of the Mayor, to assume full and complete responsibility for conducting all tasks and doing all <br /> things to accomplish the actions authorized in this ordinance. <br /> Section 4: <br /> The sum of$1,750,000.00 is hereby appropriated to Fund 303, Program 046, "Evergreen Way — <br /> 41 St Street to 47th Street", as follows: <br /> A. Estimated Project Costs <br /> Design and Right-of-Way $ 400,000 <br /> Construction $ 1,350,000 <br /> Total Estimated Cost $ 1,750,000 <br />
