;,//1 ".".. <br /> "14/ <br /> volgii <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2484-00 <br /> AN ORDINANCE creating a special improvement project entitled <br /> "Highway 99 North, Transit Priority Project", Fund 303, Program 049, <br /> to accumulate all costs for the improvement project. <br /> WHEREAS,the City of Everett is committed to a planned street and road improvement program; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Everett has identified the need and received a Federal grant for <br /> improvements to Evergreen Way and Everett Mall Way; and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: <br /> A special improvement project is hereby established as Fund 303, Program 049, entitled <br /> "Highway 99 North, Transit Priority Project", to accumulate all costs for the improvement <br /> project. <br /> Section 2: <br /> Authorization is hereby given to accumulate costs and distribute payments from Fund 303, <br /> Program 049, for the improvement project. <br /> Section 3: <br /> Authorization is hereby granted for the "Engineering/Public Services Director," under direction <br /> of the Mayor, to assume full and complete responsibility for conducting all tasks and doing all <br /> things to accomplish the actions authorized in this ordinance. <br /> Section 4: <br /> The sum of$55,000.00 is hereby appropriated to Fund 303, Program 049, "Highway 99 North, <br /> Transit Priority Project", as follows: <br /> A. Estimated Project Costs <br /> Design $ 55,000 <br /> Total Estimated Cost $ 55,000 <br />
