Police Pension Board Minutes <br />City Of Everett <br />May 21, 2025 <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br /> <br />The regular meeting of the Police Pension Board was called to order at 9:00 a.m. on May 21, <br />2025. Board Members Neighbors, Poon, Schwab, Sebald and Thiessen were in attendance. Board <br />Members Jorve and Franklin were excused. Ana Mechler; Human Resources; Ramsey Ramerman, <br />Board Attorney and Rick Gray, Finance were also in attendance. <br /> <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />The minutes of the meeting of April 16, 2025, were approved. <br /> <br /> <br />BILLS AND PENSION ROLLS <br /> <br />PENSION ROLL <br />Budgeted Amount $515,000.00 <br />March 2025 $44,695.26 <br />Remaining budget $380,955.77 73.97% <br /> <br />MEDICAL CLAIMS <br />Budgeted amount $1,410,000.00 <br />March 2025 $75,200.25 <br />March 2025 HMA fees $11,001.90 <br />Remaining budget $1,061,885.41 75.31% <br /> <br /> <br />Moved by Thiesen, seconded by Neighbors, to approve the pension rolls and medical claims as <br />presented. <br /> <br /> <br />Roll was called with all members voting yes, except Board Member Jorve and Franklin who were <br />excused. <br /> <br /> <br /> Motion carried. <br /> <br /> <br />ACTION ITEM <br /> <br />Member #131 Request for reimbursement of $128.00 for optical costs in excess of yearly <br />cap. <br />
