4. <br /> ORDINANCE NO. :' " <br /> An ordinance vacating that portion of Thirty-fourth Street <br /> in the city of Everett described as follows, to-wit: "A strip of land <br /> twenty (20) feet in width off the north side of Thirty-fourth Street <br /> from the :west line of mulalip Avenue to the west line of Lot one <br /> (1) , block four (4) , Rucker Park Addition to the city of Everett; <br /> also a strip of land twenty (20) feet in width off the south side <br /> of Thirty-fourth street from the west line of Plat of Everett, Divis- <br /> ion "H" to the west line of lot one (1) block three (3) , Rucker Park <br /> Addition to the city of Everett, as shown by the plat thereof of <br /> record in the office of the auditor of Snohomish County, Washington." <br /> WHARAA81 the petition of more than two-thirds of the owners <br /> of the property abutting upon that portion of Thirty-fourth Street <br /> above described was duly filed with the city council of the city of <br /> Everett, requesting that said portion of Thirty-fourth street be <br /> vacated, and <br /> WHAREAS, the city council of the city of Everett by <br /> resolution duly adopted, fixed the 13th day of may, 1915, as the date <br /> for hearing on said petition, and <br /> WHARAAS, due and legal notice of the time and place of <br /> hearing and determining of said petition was duly given by the city <br /> clerk of said city, as required by law, and <br /> WHAMAAS, no person or persons appeared at said hearing <br /> or objected to the granting of said petition, and <br /> WHERAAS, it appearing to the said city council that said <br /> petition should be granted, and said council does hereby determine <br /> to vacate said portion of said street, <br /> NOW THEREFORE,THE CITY OF EVERATT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That that portion of Thirty-fourth Street in <br /> the city of Everett, Snohomish County, Washington, described as <br />
