1 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />PURCHASE AGREEMENT <br /> <br />This Purchase Agreement (“Agreement”) is effective as of the date of the Mayor’s <br />signature below and is between the City of Everett, a Washington municipal corporation (the <br />“City”), and the Seller identified in the Basic Provisions below (“Seller”). This Agreement is for <br />the purpose of the purchase by the City from Seller of one (1) drainage and sewerline truck for <br />the City’s Public Works Department.
