Contract development generally takes four to six weeks once you have met all <br />pre-contracting requirements. Please follow these steps to get the process started: <br /> <br />1. Completely fill out these questions by typing your responses in the electronic version <br />of this form; <br />2. Have the Grantee Certification (last page) signed by the person authorized to sign <br />contracts for your organization; <br />3. Attach documentation for committed funds (copies of award letters, council <br />appropriations, etc.), if applicable; <br />4.
