1. a • 1 a ♦ J ORDINANCA NO. 1649 An ordinance providing for the opening up and establishing of an alley in the replat of block 725 , plat of .rverett, Division "H" , in the city of . verett, and directing the city attorney to institute condemnation proceedings for the purpose of acquiring the land necessary for that purpose, and providing for the levy of special assessments upon the land benefited thereby to pay the cost thereof. VVRATT DO.du ORDAIN; Section 1; That an alley be, and the same is hereby opened up and established in the .replat of block. 725, plat of Everett,, division "H" in the city of Averett, across certain lands, tracts and parcels of land in said block,more particularly described as foll- ows, to-wit: "Lot 16, replat of block 725, plat of Averett, Division "H". That portion of lots 10 and 19 described as follows; Beginrin at the southwest corner of lot 28; thence east along the south line of sadd lot 28 to the southeast corner thereof; thence southeasterly along a curve to the left of 122.5 feet radius to the northeast corner of lot 16; thence west along the north line of said lot 16 to the northwest corner thereof; thence northwesterly along a curve to the right of 132.5 feet radius to the point of beginning; all in replat of block 725, plat of r;verett, Division "H".
