r <br /> ORDINANCA NO. 1 646 <br /> An ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and <br /> assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 300, for the <br /> improvement of Thirty-sixth Street, and other streets and alleys, <br /> by clearing and grubbing, construction of sewers, manholes, catch <br /> basins, drains, flush tanks, together with their appurtenances <br /> necessary for the proper sewering and draining of the district, to» <br /> gether with an outflow into the Snohomish River, and other work in <br /> connection therewith under Ordinance No. 1578 of the city of <br /> Averett, passed March 17 , 1914, and published March 19, 1914, and <br /> levying an asse isment on account thereof against the several lots, <br /> tracts and parcels of land as showri on said roll, fixing a data for <br /> the issuance of bonds , and providing for the issuance of said bonds. <br /> THG CITY OF . VJ RATT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of <br /> Local Improvement District No. 300, for the improvement of Thirty- <br /> sixth Street, and other streets and alleys, by clearing and grubbing, <br /> construction of sewers, manholes, catch basins, drains, and flush <br /> tanks, together with otter appurtenances necessary for the proper <br /> sewering and draining of the district, together with an outflow into <br /> the Snohomish River, and other work in correction therewith, under <br /> Ordinance No. 1578, passed march 17 , 1914, and published March <br /> 1 , 1914, as the same now stands, be, and the same is hereby in all <br /> things approved and confirmed. <br /> Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of <br /> land, and other property shown on said roll is hereby declared to <br /> be sufficiently benefited lsy said improvement in at least the amount <br /> charged against tne same, and that the assessment appearing against <br /> the same is in proportion to tne several assessments appearing upon <br /> said roll, and there is hereby levied an assessment against each <br /> lot, tract and parcel of land, and other property appearing upon said <br /> roll the amount finally charged against tne same thereon. <br /> Section 3: That the /7 day of 47.ev , 1915, is <br />
