This project will provide treatment for total <br />suspended solids (TSS), oil (total petroleum hydrocarbons), dissolved copper and zinc, and total phosphorus. <br />Additional benefits of this project include combined sewer separation and combined sewer overflow (CSO) <br />reduction. <br />Project Long Description: <br />The RECIPIENT acquired the former Kimberly-Clark Wastewater Treatment Plant site and is retrofitting the site <br />to provide temporary combined sewer overflow storage and regional stormwater treatment. The site is now <br />known as the Port Gardner Storage Facility (PGSF).
