ORDINANCA NO. jf 4 <br /> An ordinance amending Section 13 of Ordinance No. 1503, <br /> entitled "An ordinance creating the office of Pound Master, pre.. <br /> scribing his duties, fixing his compensation, and providing for <br /> licensing and regulation of the keeping of dogs in the city of <br /> Averett, and providing for the empounding, redemption, selling and <br /> killing of dogs, and providing penalties for the violation thereof, <br /> repealing ordinances numbers 1192 and 1411, and declaring an emerg.. <br /> ency" , and declaring an emergency. <br /> THA CITY OF .r;V. RLTT DOAS ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That Section 13 of Ordinance No. 1503, passed <br /> February 25, 1913, and published February 27 , 1913, be and the same <br /> is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> Section 13: That from and after January first, 1915 , the <br /> Pound Raster shall receive in full compensation for his services the <br /> sum of seventy-five ( 75.00) dollars per month. <br /> Section 2: An emergency is declared to exist, and this <br /> ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and publication. <br /> ZZVV- <br /> M r. <br /> Passed <br /> Attest cZ7.- <br /> City C'�.ark. <br /> Published JAN 14 191 <br />
