1 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />STANDARD RIGHT-OF-ENTRY <br /> <br /> <br />1. BASIC RIGHT OF ENTRY PROVISIONS. The following definitions and provisions <br />apply: <br />Grantee <br />PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 1 OF SNOHOMISH COUNTY <br />PO Box 1107 <br />Everett WA 98206-1107 <br />mlbarnes@snopud.com <br />Term from January 15, 2026 to March 31, 2026. <br />Property Legion Memorial Golf Course, 144 W Marine View Dr, Everett, WA 98201 <br />(Snohomish County Tax Account Parcel No's. 29050800300100 and <br />29050800200300) <br /> <br />Project Grantee is in the process of testing the existing grounding system for their <br />Delta Switching Station located at 201 E Marine View Dr, Everett, WA <br />98201. This testing is a requirement for revisions and updates to the Delta <br />Switching Station grounding system to ensure the grounding system meets <br />design and safety requirements. Grantee desires to enter onto the City's <br />Property for the purpose of assessing the soil measurements that are taken <br />in the vicinity of the substation using the Wenner procedure. This type of <br />soil measurement is non-invasive/non-destructive and consists of several <br />measurements between stakes, driven 6 to 12 inches into the ground, at <br />various spacings. These measurements are required for the Delta Switching <br />Station grounding system to ensure the grounding system meets design <br />and safety requirements. <br /> <br />City Notice <br />Address <br />Real Property Manager <br />City of Everett Parks and Facilities <br />802 E. Mukilteo Blvd, Bldg. #100 <br />Everett, WA 98203 <br />Other Provisions Prior to entering the Property, GRANTEE shall contact City staff (Brian Campbell: <br />BrCampbell@everettwa.gov 425-257-7890) to coordinate access during times that will not <br />disrupt the golf course business and for on-site approval of specific test locations. At City’s <br />request, GRANTEE will provide to City a copy of any information, data, reports or findings <br />generated from the Project. Upon completion of the Project, GRANTEE will restore the <br />Property to a condition substantially similar to its condition and rep air existing at the time <br />of the beginning of the term of this Right of Entry. Section 10 below (Insurance) is deleted <br />from this Right of Entry.
