• • / ORDINANCi No. /l_2 p An ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 303, for the improvement of Thirty-third Street from the west line of Grand Avenue to the east line of Norton Avenue, and Norton Avenue from the north line of Thirty-third Street to the north line of the Norton Avenue trestle, by the removal of old lumber, sub-grading, construction of concrete curbs, concrete gutters , cement walks , complete drainage system, paving with asphalt, and doing other work in connection therewith under Ordinance No. 1602, and levying an assessment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown on said roll, fixing a date for the issuance of bonds, and providing for the issuance of said bonds. Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land and other property shown on said roll is hereby declared to be specially benefited by said improvement in at least the amount charged against the same, and that the assessment appearing against the same is in proportion to the several assessments appearing upon said roll, and there is hereby levied an assessment against each lot, tract and parcel of land and other property appearing upon said
