06 „if <br /> ' • <br /> ORDINANCE NO. \\9 _ <br /> An ordinance providing for and regulating the numbering <br /> and renumbering of the following described premises , and buildings <br /> thereon, in the city of Everett, to-wit: Blocks one (1) to eleven <br /> (11) inclusive in Friday's Second Addition to the city of Everett; <br /> Blocks one (1) , two (2) and three (3) of Hewitt Heights Addition <br /> to the city of Everett; and lots one (1) to seven (7) inclusive in <br /> Ramstad's First Addition to Everett; providing penalties for fail- <br /> ure to comply therewith, and declaring an emergency. <br /> WHEREAS, The map prepared and now on file in the office <br /> of the City Engineer, pursuant to Ordinance No. 215 of said city, <br /> does not show the correct numbers to be assigned to the above des- <br /> cribed premises , and buildings thereon, and <br /> WHEREAS, It is necessary that said map be changed to con- <br /> form to ordinance No. 215, <br /> NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVJ RETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That the City Engineer of the city of Everett be and <br /> he is hereby instructed to prepare a plat or map showing the numbers <br /> to be assigned to the following described premises , ' and buildings <br /> thereon, in the manner provided by Ordinance No. 215 of the city of <br /> Everett, to-wit: Blocks one (1) to eleven (il) inclusive in Friday's <br /> Second Addition to Everett; Blocks one (1) , two (2) and three (3) <br /> of Hewitt Heights Addition to Everett; and lots one (1) to seven (7) <br /> inclusive in Ramstad' s First Addition to Everett, and no owner or <br /> other person shall affix a street number to any building on said <br /> premises other than that shown by said plat or map as belonging to <br /> the location of said building. <br /> Section 2: If any number shall have been heretofore <br /> placed upon any building on the premises above described which said <br /> number does not conform to the number belonging to such building, as <br />
