ROLL CALL A ORDINANCE NO. !1,0 0 An ordinance providing for the improvement of Thirty- third Street from the west line of Grand Avenue to the east line of Norton Avenue, and Norton Avenue from the north line of Thirty-third Street to the north line of the Norton Avenue trestle, by the removal of old lumber, sub-grading, construction of concrete curbs , concrete gutters , cement walks , complete drainage system, paving with asphalt, doing such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith, creating a local improvement district, creating a local improvement district fund therefor, and providing that payment for said Improvement be made by special assessments on the property in said district by mode of "Payment by Bonds". WHEREAS , a majority petition of the property-owners peti- tioning for the above improvement has heretofore been filed with the Commissioner of Public Works , and said commissioner found the things set forth in said petition to be true, and WHEREAS , said Commissioner of Public Works has filed with the City Council all data and information in regard to said improve- ment, as is required by law, and WHEREAS , the Commissioner of Public Works has recommended to the City Council that such improvement petitioned for be made, and it appearing to the City Council that public convenience and necessity requires said improvement to be made, NOW THARxiPORA, THE CITY OF EVERATT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That Thirty-third Street from the west line of Grand Avenue to the east line of Norton Avenue, and Norton Avenue from the north line of Thirty-third Street to the north line of the 'Norton Avenue trestle be improved by the removal of old lumber, sub- grading, construction of concrete curbs , concrete gutters , cement walks , complete drainage system, paving with asphalt, and doing such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith, such improve-
