This fence constructed within the public right-of-way must be removed or relocated at the owner's expense if the City ever requires use of the right-of-way for municipal purposes. 10. This fence shall be constructed in accordance with the attached plans,approved as noted to meet code.The maximum fence height allowed within the interior side or rear setback is 7 feet in accordance with EMC 19.40.010.Any request to exceed 7 feet in height within the interior side or rear setbacks shall require a variance subject to the requirements of EMC 19.41.010. 11.This permit must be finaled in order to close out this permit.
