tr <br /> 4111 , � <br /> ORDIINTANCE NO. , A— <br /> An ordinance fixing the amount of bonds to be given by <br /> certain officials of the city of Everett, repealing Ordinance No. <br /> 186, and all ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith, <br /> and declaring an emergency. <br /> THE CITY OF d'VERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That each of the following officers of the city <br /> of Everett is hereby required to give bond to the city of Everett, <br /> for the faithful performance of his duties , in the following amounts: <br /> City Treasurer, seventy-five thousand ( 75 ,000) dollars; Deputy City <br /> Treasurer, ten thousand ($10,000) dollars; Assistant Deputy, two <br /> thousand ($2,000) dollars; Stenographer, two thousand ($2,000) doll- <br /> ars; City Attorney, two thousand ( 2,000) dollars; Clerk of Police <br /> Court, one thousand ($1,000) dollars; City Clerk, one thousand <br /> ($1,000) dollars; Superintendent of Streets , one thousand ($1,000) <br /> dollars; City Engineer, one thousand ($1,000) dollars; Chief of Fire <br /> Department, one thousand (S1,000) dollars. <br /> Section 2: That Ordinance No. 186 of the city of iiverett, <br /> be, and the same hereby is repealed. <br /> Section 3: An emergency is declared to exist, and this <br /> ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and publication. <br /> Mayor. <br /> Passed APR 14 1914 <br /> Attest <br /> y lerk. <br /> Published APR 18 1014:_ <br />
