1 <br /> <br /> <br />COMMUNITY SERVICES AGREEMENT <br />(COMMUNITY SERVICE ORGANIZATION -- RCW 35.21.278) <br /> <br />This Community Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is effective as of the date of the <br />Mayor’s signature below and is between the City of Everett, a Washington municipal corporation <br />(the “City”), and the person identified as Service Organization in the Basic Provisions below <br />(“Service Organization”). This Agreement is for the purpose of the Service Organization <br />providing services to the City pursuant to RCW 35.21.278 as set forth in this Agreement.
