ORDINANCE NO. \ cA <br /> An ordinance appropriating the sum of 6__,_& .1 7, <br /> from the Miscellaneous Fund , for the purpose of paying the outstand- <br /> ing warrants against Local Improvement District Fund No. 23 , and <br /> Local Improvement District Fund No. 121. <br /> THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That the sum of � be and <br /> the same is hereby appropriated from the Miscellaneous Fund of the <br /> city of Everett for the purpose of paying the outstanding warrants <br /> against Local Improvement District Fund No. 23 , and Local improvement <br /> District Fund No. 121, and the Mayor and fifty Clerk be and they are <br /> hereby authorized and directed to issue to the City Treasurer a warrant <br /> on the Miscellaneous Fund in the sum of 4/4/1-2-7- , and the <br /> City Treasurer is hereby directed to call in and pay said outstanding <br /> warrants against said Local Improvement District Funds. <br /> Section 2: An, emergency is aeclared to exist, and this <br /> ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and publication. <br /> Mayor. <br /> Passed MAR 17 1914 <br /> Attest <br /> lerk. <br /> Published MAR 1 C i` <br /> r ... <br />
