' , �1 ORDINANCE NO._ \ An ordinance providing for the improvement of Federal Street from the south line of Thirty-fifth Street to the north line of Pacific College Association's tract, by clearing and grubbing, complete drainage system, grading to proper grade, plank curb and gutter, plank walks, and doing such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2023 of the city of Everett, creating an enlarged local improvement district, creating a local improvement district fund therefor, and providing that the payment for said improvement be made by special assessment on the property in said enlarged district by mode of 'Payment by Bonds' . THE CITY OF J VARATT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That Federal Street from the south line of Thirty-fifth Street to the north line of 'pacific College Association's tract be improved by clearing and grubbing, complete drainage system, grading to proper grade, plank curb and gutter, plank walks, and doing such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith, said improvement to be made in accordance with plans and specifications therefor prepared under the direction of the City Engineer, and now on file in the office of the City Engineer, which plans and specifi- cations are hereby adopted and approved. Section 2: That the cost and expense of such improvement,_ including all necessary and incidental expenses, shall be borne by and assessed against the property included in the assessment district hereby created in accordance with law. The city of Everett shall not be liable in any manner for any portion of such improvement, unless otherwise provided herein. Section 3: That there is hereby established an enlarged local improvement district, to be called'Local Improvement District
