ORDINANCE NO. \y-r An ordinance establishing the fire limits in the city of Everett, and repealing Ordinance No. 1396, and declaring an emergency. THE CITY OF EVroaATT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That the fire limits of the city of Everett be and they are hereby established and declared to be within the boundaries of the tracts of land bounded and described as follows: "Beginning at the intersection of a line parallel to and 120 feet north of the north line, produced, of Hewitt Avenue , Plat of Everett, with the shore of Puget Sound; thence east along said line to the center line of the alley between Norton Avenue and Grand Avenue; thence north along the center line of said alley to the center line of California Street; thence east along the center line of California Street to the center line of the alley between Hoyt Avenue and Colby Avenue; thence north along the center line of said alley to the center line of Everett Avenue; thence east along the center line of Everett Avenue to the center line of the alley between Wetmore Avenue and Rockefeller Avenue; thence south along the center line of said alley to the center line of California Street; thence east along the center line of California Street to the center line of Lombard Avenue; thence south along the center line of Lombard Avenue to a point 170 feet north of the center line of Hewitt Avenue; thence east parallel to and 170 feet north of the center line of Hewitt Avenue to the north- west boundary line of the right-of-way of the Great Northern Railway Company, in Block 650, Swalwell's First Addition to Everett; thence southwesterly along the said northwest boundary line of said right-of-way to a point 170 feet south of the center line of Hewitt Avenue; thence west parallel to and 170 feet south of the center line of Hewitt Avenue; thence west parallel to and 170 feet south of the center line of Hewitt Avenue to the center line of the alley betweer
