reilmi, <br /> ■ <br /> tap . • <br /> ORDINANCi] NO. 6� <br /> An ordinance approving and confirming the asessment and <br /> assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 297 , for the <br /> improvement of the alley between Grand and Norton Avenues , from <br /> Thirty-second Street to Thirty-third Street, by clearing, grubbing <br /> and grading, together with such other work as was necessary in con- <br /> nection therewith, under Ordinance No. 1553, and levying an assess- <br /> ment on account thereof against the several lots , tracts and parcels <br /> of land as shown on said roll. <br /> TIE CITY OF .ITVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of <br /> Local Improvement District No. 297 , for the improvement of the alley <br /> between Grand and Norton Avenues, from Thirty-second Street to Thir- <br /> ty-third Street, by clearing, grubbing and grading, and doing such <br /> other work as was necessary in connection therewith, under Ordinance <br /> No. 1553 of the city of Everett, as the same now stands , be, and the <br /> same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed. <br /> Section 2: That each of the lots , tracts and parcels of <br /> land, or other property shown on said roll, is hereby declared to <br /> be specially benefited by said improvement in at least the amount <br /> charged against the same, and that the assessments appearing against <br /> the same is in proportion to the several assessments appearing upon <br /> said roll, and there is hereby levied an assessment against each lot, <br /> tract and parcel of land, and other property appearing upon said <br /> roll, the amount finally charged against the same thereon. <br /> Section 3: That said assessments shall be collected and <br /> the cost of such improvement shall be paid in the manner provided <br /> by law or the ordinances of said city. <br /> Passed FEB 3 - 1914 Mayor. <br /> Attest <br /> C „ ,l ark. <br /> Published T Lu <br />
