VIFF - 1911"-- '' ' Ij t • • ORDINANCE NO. \I-,. `\D\ An ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 294, for the. improvement of Oakes Avenue from the south line of Hewitt Avenue to the south line of Pacific Avenue, by sub-grading for sidewalks, con- struction of cement walks , plank cross walks, drainage system, under Ordinance No. 1544, and levying an assessment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown on said roll , fixing a date for the issuance of bonds. THE CITY OF AVARATT DOi S ORDAIN: Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 294, for the improvement of Oakes Avenue from the south line of Hewitt Avenue to the south line of Pacific Avenue, by sub-grading for sidewalks , construction of cement walks, plank cross walks, drainage system, and doing such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith, under Ordinance No. 1544 as the same now stands , be, and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed. Section 2: That each of said lots , tracts, and parcels of land or other property shown on said roll is hereby declared to be specially benefited by the said improvement in at least the amount charged against the same, and that the assessment appearing against the same is in proportion to the several assessments appearing upon said roll, and there is hereby levied and assessed against each lot, tract and parcel of land, and other property appearing upon said roll the amount finally charged against the same. Section 3: That the e.- day oG jA 1914, is hereby fixed as the date of issuance of the bonds required to be issued on account of said improvement.
