A <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> An ordinance providing for the following transfer of <br /> funds from the Contingent Fund, to-wit: To the Bridge Fund <br /> $100.00, to the City HallFurrd, $187.23; to the Fire Depart- <br /> ment Fund, $110.19 ; to the Police Department, $450.00, to <br /> the Health Officer' s Fund, $62.87 and to the Streets & Sewers <br /> Fund, $500,00, and declaring an emergency. <br /> THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1. That the following transfer of funds <br /> from the Contingent Fund, be, and the same is hereby author- <br /> ized and directed to be made: <br /> To the Bridge Fund $100.00 <br /> To the City Hall Fund 187.23 <br /> To the Fire Department Fund - - - - 110.19 <br /> To the Police Department Fund - - - 450.00 <br /> To the Health Officer' s Fund - - - - 62.87 <br /> To the Streets & Sewers Fund - - - - 500.00 <br /> Section 2. That the City Clerk and City Treasurer <br /> be, and they are hereby authorized and directed to make such <br /> entries and records necessary to effect such transfer . <br /> Section 3.
