WH RJ AS, the owners of more than two-thirds of the private property abutting upon that portion of Thirty-second Street hereinafter described,in the city of Averett, duly filed their petition with the city council of the city of Averett, praying for the vacation of said portion of Thirty-second Street, and WHX!RAAS, the city council of said city did, by resolution duly adopted, Six the 4th day of December, 1913, at the hour of 10.30 o'clock, A.M. of said day, for the hearing and determination of said petition, and WHAR AS, due and legal notice of the time and place of the hearing and determination of said petition has been duly given by the city clerk of said city, as required by law, and • WU RAAS , at the time and place fixed for said hearing no person appeared or objected, and no objections of any kind were made to the granting of said petition, and WHL'RAAAS , it appearing to the city council that said petition should be granted and said city council,does hereby determine to vacate said portion of said street, NOW THARAFOR t , THA CITY OF AVI RZ TT DOHS ORDAIN: Section 1: That the following portion of Thirty-second Street, a public street in the city of Averett, Snohomish County, Washington, to-wit: "A strip of land more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the northwest corner of Lot one (1) in Block Seven Hundred Seventy-five (775) of Stanford Land Company's First Addition to . verett, Washington, thence east along the north boundary line of said Lot One (1) for 126.95 feet to the northeast corner of said Lot One (1) , thence north 20 feet,, thence west and parallel with the north boundary line of said Lot One (1) , 126.95 feet, thence
