ORDINANCi NO. \� \D Q An ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District :C,io. 288, for the improvement of Highland Avenue from Twenty-fourth Street to Twenty-first Street, State Street from Twenty-fourth Street to Twenty-first Street, and Twenty-third Street from Baker Avenue to Summit Avenue, by clearing and grubbing, grading to proper grade, construction of cement walks , concrete curb, plank gutters , cross walks , drainage system, raking and seeding of parking strips , installation of fire hydrants , and doing such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith, under Ordinance Ho. 1508, and levying an assessment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown on said roll, fixing a date for the issuance of bonds , and providing for the sale of said bonds. THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 288, for the improvement of Highland Avenue from Twenty-fourth Street to Twenty-first Street, State Street from Twenty-fourth Street to Twenty-first Street, and Twenty-third Street from Baker Avenue to Sunlinit Avenue, by clearing and grubbing, grading to proper grade, construction of cement walks , concrete curbs , plank gutters, cross walks, drainage system, raking and seeding of parking strips , installation of fire hydrants, and doing such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith, under Ordinance No. 1508 as the same now stands , be, and the same is hereby • in all things approved and confirmed.
