. • • <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1555. <br /> An ordinance providing for the transfer of the sum <br /> of Eight Hundred ( 000,00 ) Dollars from the Contingent Fund <br /> of the city of Everett to the Miscellaneous Fund of said city <br /> and declaring an emergency. <br /> THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1. That there be and is hereby trans- <br /> ferred from the Contingent Fund of the city of Everett to <br /> the Miscellaneous Fund of said city the sum of Eight Hundred <br /> ( 800.00 ) Dollars. <br /> Section 2. That the City Clerk and City Treas- <br /> urer be, and they are hereby authorized and directed to make <br /> all such entries and records necessary to effect such trans- <br /> fer. <br /> Section 3.
