Z ' � y . <br /> An ordinance appropriating and setting apart a certain <br /> strip of land through Section 36, Township 29 North, Range 4 East, <br /> W.M. and more particularly described in this ordinance, as a public <br /> street and highway, said public street and highway as laid out and <br /> established to be designated as "Klahowyah" Avenue, and declaring an <br /> emergency. <br /> WHEREAS, Public necessity demands that a public street and <br /> highway be opened up and established over and across the tract of <br /> land above referred to , <br /> NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That the following described tract of land, <br /> to it: <br /> "A strip of land twenty (20) feet guide on each side of a <br /> center line more particularly described as follows: From the south- <br /> east corner of Government Lot l,Section 36,Township 29 North,Range 4 <br /> East, W.M. thence north 0° 22' 47" east along the east boundary of <br /> said Government Lot 1, 1132.91; feet to intersect the canter line of <br /> the irukilteo Boulevard as described in Ordinance No. 1401 of Everett; <br /> thence north 89° 37 ' 13" west 20 feet to true point of beginning; <br /> thence north 0° 22' 47" east 250 feet; all in Government Lot 1,Section <br /> 36, Township 29 North, Range 4 East, W.M. containing 0.23 acres <br /> be, and the saute is hereby appropriated and set apart as a public <br /> street and highway, forever. <br /> Section 2: That said street and highway as opened up and <br /> established shall be designated as "Klahowyah" Avenue. <br /> Section 3: WH.
