L. <br /> ORDINANCE NO. v;-,--') r � <br /> An ordinance creating and establishing a special fund of <br /> the city of Everett, to be known and styled as "The Riverside Alleys <br /> Condemnation Fund" , and declaring an emergency. <br /> THE CITY OF EVER.ETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That there be and hereby is created and <br /> established a special fund of the city of Everett to be entitled <br /> "The Riverside Alleys Condemnation Fund" , into which fund shall <br /> be paid all such moneys as may be provided, received or collected <br /> for the purpose of paying the total cost of establishing, opening <br /> up and extending of various alleys or Riverside in the city of <br /> Everett, as provided for and specified in Ordinance No. 1495 of the <br /> city of Everett, and against which fund all warrants shall be drawn <br /> or issued as may be necessary in making payment of such total cost <br /> aforesaid. <br /> Section 2: An emergency is declared to exist, and this <br /> ordinance shall take affect upon its passage and publication. <br /> Mayor. <br /> Passed JUL $ 1911 <br /> Attest )& , <br /> rk. <br /> Published JU L-I 0 191 <br /> • <br />
