R( * <br /> 1 <br /> ORDINANCi NO. fir° <br /> An ordinance creating and establishing a special fund of <br /> the city of .verett to be known and styled as "The Mukilteo Boulevard <br /> Condemnation Fund, No. 2" , and declaring an emergency. <br /> TI IA: CITY OF i Vii]RGTT DOi S ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That there be and hereby is created and <br /> established a special fund of the city of Averett to be known and <br /> styled as "The Mukilteo Boulevard Condemnation Fund No. 2" , into <br /> which fund shall be paid all .'uch moneys as may be provided, received <br /> or collected for the purpose of paying the total cost of opening up, <br /> establishing and extending of Mukilteo Boulevard from the west <br /> boundary of Federal Street to the east boundary of Forest Park, as <br /> provided and specified in Ordinance No. 1502 of the said city, and <br /> against which fund all warrants shal 1 be drawn or issued as may be <br /> necessary in making payment of such total cost as aforesaid. <br /> Section 2: An emergency is declared to exist, and this <br /> ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and publication. <br /> iayo r. <br /> Passed , JUN3 <br /> Attest -- <br /> M'� <br /> Published AN- 5 _ � <br />
