ROLL CALL ORDINA'XA :NO. \� \\ An ordinance providing for the improvement of Lombard Avenue from the north line of Hewitt Avenue to the south curb line of Sixteenth Street by the removal of old lumber, grading to proper grade, construction of concrete curb, concrete gutters , cement walks, cement alley crossings, asphalt pavement upon a suitable concrete base, complete drainage system, lighting system, replanting of trees , installation of fire hydrants , raking and seeding of parks and parking strips , and making old work conform with the new, and doing such other work as may be necessary in connection there- with, all in accordance with Resolution TTo. 1900, creating a local improvement district therefor, creating a local improvement district fund therefor, and providing that payment for said improvement be made by special assessment on the property in said district by mode of "payment by bonds" . T ip'; CITY OF r7Vi RLTT DCMS ORDAIN: Section 1: That Lombard Avenue from the north line of Hewitt Avenue to the south curb line of Sixteenth Street be improved by the removal of old lumber, grading to proper grade, construction of concrete curbs , concrete gutters, cement walks , cement alley crossings, asphalt pavement upon a suitable concrete base, complete drainage system, lighting system, replanting of trees, installation of fire hydrants , raking and seeding of parks and parking strips, making old work conform with the new, and doing such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith, said improvement to be made according to the plans and specifications,as amended,prepared under the direction of the city engineer and now on file in the office of the city engineer, which plans and specifications are hereby adopted and approved.
