<br /> ` any dog more than four months old in the city of Everett without
<br /> fi i. procuring a license,as provided in this ordinance.
<br /> 4 4 Section 4: The annual license fee shall be as follows:
<br /> For each male or spayed female dog, ''"2.00; for each unspayed female
<br /> dog, ` 3.00; provided, that all licenses shall expire on. the 31st
