R©LI _ " . • ORDINANCE NO._\' An ordinance providing for the improvement of the alley between Colby and Hoyt Avenues from the north line of Hewitt Avenue to the center line of California Street, by grading, construction of sewer and complete drainage system, concrete curb, cement walks, and paving, and doing such other work as may be necessary in connec- tion therewith, all in accordance with Resolution No. 1356 of the City of Everett, creating a local improvement district, creating a local improvement district fund therefor, and providing that the payment of said improvement be made by special assessment on the property in e&d district by mode of 'Payment by Bonds ' . THE CITY OP EVER L+'TT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That the alley between Colby and Hoyt Avenues from the north line of Hewitt Avenue to the center line of California Street be improved by grading, construction of sewer and complete drainage system, concrete curb, cement walks, paving and doing such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith, all in accordance with plans and specifications therefor prepared under the direction of the City Engineer, now on file in the office of the City Engineer, which plans and specifications are hereby adopted and approved. Section 2: That the cost and expense of such improvement, including all necessary and incidental expenses, shall be borne by and assessed against the property included in the assessment district hereafter created in accordance with law. The city of Everett shall not be liable in any manner for any portion of the cost and expense of such Improvement. Section 3: That there is hereby established a local im- provement district to be called'Local Improvement District No. I. Said district shall include the property within the follocring des- cribed boundaries, to-wit: ' All the property in Block 668 of the Plat ,a fit" �� v.Z e. ,L w naL,
