ROLL CALL ORDINANCE NO.\u1%C� An ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll for Local Improvement District No. 276, for the improvement of 21st Street from Rucker Avenue to Hoyt Avenue, by the removal of old lumber, grading to proper grade, construction of asphalt pavement, the construction of cement walks, construction of cement alley crossings, concrete curb, complete drainage system, rolling, raking and seeding of parking strips, and all other work in connection therewith under Ordinance No. 1451, and levying an assessment on account thereof against the several lots , tracts , and iarcels of land as shown on said roll, fixing a date for the issuance of bonds, and providing for the sale of said Ponds. TIE CITY OF EVE+;RETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 276, for the improvement of 21st street from Rucker Avenue to Hoyt Avenue, by the removal of old lumber, grading to proper grade, construction of asphalt pavement, construc- tion of cement walks, construction of cement alley crossings, con- crete curb, complete drainage system, rolling, raking and seeding of parking strips, and all other work in connection therewith under Ordinance No. 1451, as the same now stands, be, and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed. Section 2;That each of the lots , tracts and parcels of land, or other property shown on said roll, is hereby declared to be specially benefited by said improvement in at least the amount charged against the same, and that the assessment appearing against the same is in proportion to the several assessments appearing upon said roll, and there is hereby levied an assessment against each lot, tract and parcel of land, and other property appearing upon said roll, the amount finally charged against the same thereon,
