An ordinance amending Ordinance No. 1466, entitled "An ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll "" of Local Improvement District No. 267 for the improvementRocke- feller of Rocks feller Avenue from the north line o- Hewitt Avenue to the north line of Nineteenth Street, by clearing, grading, regrading, paving with asphalt laid upon a suitable concrete foundation, with brick or asphalt gutters, by the construction of granite, armoured concrete or concrete curbs, armoured concrete or granite returns, concrete sidewalks, necessary sewers, side sewer connection, manholes, catch basins and drains for the proper severing and draining of the district, and the adjustment of manholes , catch basins, and existing drains to conform with the new grade, by relocating hydrants when- ever necessary, by grading, planking, and adjusting approaches to existing streets, seeding, parking and doing such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith under Ordinance No. 1::98, and levying an assessment on account thereof, against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown on said roll, and fixing a date for the issuance of bonds, and providing for the sale of said bonds", by adding thereto a section to be designated as Section 5, creating a local improvement district fund. TT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That Ordinance No. 1466 of the city of Averett passed the council October 22, 1912, and entitled as above, be and the same is hereby amended by adding thereto a section to be designated as Section 5. Said section shall read as follows: Section 5: A special fund is hereby created, to be called Local Improvement Fund District No. 267 , which shall consist in the aggregate of the several amounts assessed, levied and collected on the several lots or parcels of land in said Local Improvement District and the proceeds of the sale of all bonds of said district.
