Renew the contract for the one-year option period as allowed by the Invitation for Bid. This will <br />be the fourth and final contract year, during which the term of the renewal will be from May 5, <br />2026, to May 4, 2027. <br />2. As allowed by Section 2.16, Pricing Adjustments, “Required Personnel” unit prices have been <br />amended as follows for the following lines: <br />Description Previous Hourly Rate New Hourly Rate <br />Landscape Construction $90.00 $110.00 <br />Landscape Construction - <br />Overtime <br />$135.00 $165.00 <br />3. Pricing shall remain unchanged for the remaining unit prices as agreed upon in prior <br />amendments. <br />4. Except as otherwise specified in this contract amendment, the terms and conditions of <br />Invitation for Bid 2023-005 Landscaping and Irrigation Repairs shall remain in full force and <br />effect. <br />By signing below, City of Everett and the Contractor agree that the Contract shall be changed to the extent described in the <br />above “Description of Change.” This Change Order/Amendment only changes the contract between City of Everett and the <br />Contractor to the extent explicitly provided in this Change Order/Amendment.
