CHANGE ORDER # <br />Project (Procurement) Number: Small Works Roster Project Title: <br />IFQ #2025-062 Thornton A. Sullivan Park Float Renovation <br />Description of Change: (Attach contractor change proposal and cost schedule) (Attach Price or Cost Analysis) <br />BUILDING/LOCATION: 11405 Silver Lake Road, Everett, WA 98208 <br />This change order increases the project price to install a new bull rail on Dock #1 and extends the contract <br />time. <br />The project originally called for repairing the existing bull rail on Dock #1. During the renovations, the <br />contractor found that the bull rail was damaged beyond repair. Having a bull rail on the dock is crucial for ADA <br />and safety purposes and restores the dock to its original design. Additionally, while laying concrete for the <br />docks as required by the project, the subcontractor exhausted the original material and did not have enough <br />for Dock #1. The concrete needed is expected to arrive in about 1-2 weeks. <br />The bull rail for Dock #2 had different specifications to Dock #1 and #3. The contractor and project manager <br />agreed on the best product to meet the specifications.
