<br /> <br />FIRST AMENDMENT <br /> <br />This serves as an amendment (the “First Amendment”) dated as of April 13, 2026 (the “Effective Date”) to the grant <br />agreement dated December 23, 2024, Grant Number: G-202412-32571 (the “Agreement”) by and between The <br />American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (hereinafter, “ASPCA”), and City of Everett Animal <br />Shelter (the “Grantee”) (each a “Party” and collectively, the “Parties”). <br /> <br />The Parties hereby amend the agreement as follows: <br /> <br />Term. The Parties hereby agree to amend the Grant Term to be December 23, 2024 – July 31, 2026. <br />Reporting. The Report Schedule shall be deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following: <br />REPORT SCHEDULE <br /> <br /> <br />Except to the extent specifically modified by this First Amendment, all provisions of the Agreement remain in full <br />force and effect.
