An ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 270 for the improvement of the alley between Wetmore and Rockefeller Avenues from Hewitt Avenue to California Street, said alley being in Block 666 of the Plat of Everett, by the construction of sewers, manholes, flush tanks , catch basins and drains, together with their appurtenanc- es necessary for the proper severing and draining of the district, and doing all other work in connection therewith under Ordinance No. 1433, and levying an assessment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts , and parcels of land as shown on said roll, fixing a date for the issuance of bonds and providing for the sale of said bonds. THE CITY Or EVERETT DOES ORLA IN: Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 270 for the improvement of the alley between Wetmore and Rockefeller Avenues from Hewitt Avenue to California Street, said alley being in Block 666, by the construction of sewers, manholes , flush tanks , catch basins and drains, together with their appurtenances necessary for the proper sewerir..g and draining of the district, and such other ;ork as may be necessary in connection therewith,under Ordinance No. 1433 as the same now stands , be, and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed. Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts , and parcels of land, or other property shown on said roll, is hereby declared to be specially benefited by said improvement in at least the amount charged against the same, and that the assessment appearing against the same is in proportion to the several assessments appear- ing upon said roll, and there is hereby levied an assessment against each lot, tract, and parcel of land, and other property appearing upon said roll the amount finally charged against the same thereon.
