411 410 ORDINANCE NO. \(.i.\,(k An ordinance amending Section 1 of Ordinance No. 1401 of the city of Everett, entitled "An ordinance providing for the opening k up and establishing of Mukilteo Boulevard in the city of Everett from the terminus of South Park Drive at the west line of South Park, south and westerly through Section 36, Township 29 North, Range 4 East, V .M. to the eastern terminus of the county road known as the Mukilteo Highway, on the west line of said section 36, as a public street and highway, over and across certain lots, lands, blocks, tracts and parcels of land in the city of Everett, providing for the ascertainment and payment of the just compensation to be made for the land and other property rights taken or damaged thereby, and provid- ing a manner in which the costa and expense of said opening up and establishing shall be made, and repealing Ordinance No. 1389 of the city of Everett", and declaring an emergency.
