TT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That Warren Street from Laurel Drive to Vernon Avenue, Vernon Avenue from Warren Street to Thirty-third Street, and Thirty-third Street from Laurel Drive to Vernon Avenue , be i-riproved by grading to proper grade, constructing concrete driveways, concrete sidewalks , and doing such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith to complete said improvement, such improvement to be made according to the plans and specifications therefor pre- pared under the di-ection of the city engineer, and now on file in
