ORDINA ME NO. 11.,e An ordinance providing for the improvement of Fulton street from the center line of Nineteenth street to the south line of Sixteenth street , ky clearing and grubbing, grading to proper grade, laying of concrete sidewalks , concrete alley crossings , concrete or plank curb , and plank gutter, armoured concrete or plank returns, plank cross walks , cross drains , tile drains; rolling, rak- ing and seeding of parking strips , making old work conform to new, drainage, grading street and alley approaches, and all other work in connection therewith; creating a local improvement district therefor, creating a local improvement district fund therefor, and providing that payment for said improvement be made by special assessment on property in said district by mode of 'payment by bonds' .
