<br /> An ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and
<br /> assessment roll of local improvement district No. 266, for the
<br /> improvement of Twenty-sixth Street fron East Grand avenue to Cleve-
<br /> land avenue, by clearing and grubbing, grading, construction of
<br /> concrete walks , concrete curbs with armoured concrete returns, plank
<br /> gutters, and the construction of necessary sewers and sub-drains,
<br /> by seeding and parking, and doing such other work as may be necess-
<br /> ary in connection therewith, under ordinance No. 1394, and levying
<br /> an assessment on account thereof against the several lots , tracts and
<br /> parcels of land as shown on said roll, and fixing a day for the
<br /> issuance of bonds.
<br /> THE CITY OF .EVERETT DOES ORDAIN:
<br /> Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of
<br /> local improvement district No. 266 for the improvement of Twenty-
<br /> sixth street from East Grand avenue to Cleveland avenue, by clear-
<br /> ing and grubbing, construction of concrete walks, concrete curbs
<br /> with armoured concrete returns , plank gutters, and the construction
<br /> of necessary sewers and sub-drains, by seeding and parking, and do-
<br /> ing such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith,
<br /> under ordinance no. 1394, a.s the same now stands, be, and the same is
<br /> hereby in all things approved and confirmed.
<br /> Sec. 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land
<br /> and other property shown on said roll is hereby declared to be
<br /> specially benefited by said improvement in at least the amount
<br /> charged against the same, and that the assessment appearing against
<br /> the same is in proportion to the several assessments appearing upon
<br /> said toll, and there is hereby levied an assessment against each lot,
<br /> tract and parcel of land, and other property appearing upon said roll
<br /> the amount finally charged against the same hereon.
<br /> Sec. 3: That the day of 1912, is
