c. <br /> r „ rI <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 4.)-, [n <br /> An ordinance fixing the time and place of holding regular <br /> legislative and administrative meetings of the city council of the <br /> city of Everett, and repealing all ordinances and parts of ordinances <br /> in conflict herewith. <br /> THE CITY OP EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That on and after the taking effect of this <br /> ordinance the city council of the city of Everett shall hold its <br /> regular legislative meetings on Tuesday or each week at the hour of <br /> 3 o'clock P.M. <br /> Section 2: That on and after the taking eff) ct of this <br /> ordinance the city council of the city of Everett shall hold its <br /> regular administrative meetings each day except holidays and <br /> Sundays , at the hour of : 30 o 'clock, P.M. <br /> Section 3.: That all ordinances and parts of ordinances <br /> in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. <br /> Section 4: Whereas, it is necessary that the time of the <br /> regular meetings of the city council be fixed, an emergency is <br /> declared to exist, and this ordinance shall take effect immediately <br /> upon its passage and publication. <br /> Passed JUL !, 'II) 1912 <br /> Approved. _ 191 Mayor. <br /> Attest <br /> i ty Clerk. <br /> Published y 1 ? <br />
