4� <br /> to <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> ,7/4;1_ <br /> An ordinance amending Ordinance No. 1403 of the city of <br /> Everett, entitled "An ordinance providing for the improvement of the <br /> alley between Rucker and Hoyt Avenues from Twenty-fifth Street to <br /> Twenty-fourth Street, by clearing, grubbing, grading, and paving <br /> with concrete, together with the construction of necessary man- <br /> holes , catch basins and drains for the proper draining of the <br /> district, together with such other work as may be necessary for the <br /> improvement of the district, all in accordance with the majority <br /> petition of the property-owners, heretofore filed with the board of <br /> public works, creating a local improvement district therefor, and <br /> providing that payment for said improvement be made by special assess- <br /> ment, upon property in said district,payable by the mode of 'payment <br /> by bonds ' " , by adding thereto a section to be designated as <br /> Section 5 , said section creating a local improvement fund. <br /> THE CITY OF E,VERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That Ordinance No. 1403 of the city of Everett <br /> entitled "An ordinance, providing for the improvement of the alley <br /> between Rucker and Hoyt Avenues from Twenty-fifth Street to Twenty- <br /> fourth Street, by clearing, grubbing, 'grading,and paving with con- <br /> crete, together with the construction of necessary manholes , catch- <br /> basins and drains , for the proper draining of the district, together <br /> with such other work as may be necessary for the improvement of <br /> the district all in accordance with the majority petition of the <br /> property-owners, heretofore filed with the board of public works, <br /> creating a local improvement district therefor, and providing that <br /> payment for said improvement be made by special assessment upon <br /> property in said district payable by the mode of 'payment by bonds' , <br /> be, and the same is hereby amended by adding thereto a section, to <br /> be designated as Section 5.
